(Boursier.com) — By letters received on November 22, 2023 by the AMF, the Spanish company Alantra EQMC Asset Management SGIIC, SA, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of the capital of Lectra on November 17, then that of 5% of the voting rights on November 20, and hold, on behalf of said funds, 1,901,582 Lectra shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.03% of the capital and 5.001% of the rights voting. These crossings result from acquisitions of Lectra shares on the market.
