– on November 17, 2023, the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company Lectra and hold, on this date, on behalf of said funds, 5.01% of the capital and 4.98% of the voting rights of this company.
– on November 20, 2023, the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of the company Lectra and hold, on behalf of said funds, 5.03% of the capital and 5.001% of the voting rights of this company.
These threshold crossings result from acquisitions of Lectra shares on the market.
