The final episode of “Legacies” is fast approaching and fans have only one thing in mind: the return of Klaus Mikaelson. For them, it is impossible to conclude the Vampire Diaries Universe without a final appearance from Hope’s father.
Following the CW’s announcement of Legacies’ cancellation, showrunner Julie Plec announced on Twitter that the show’s final episode will be a true conclusion for fans. She also shared that there would be “a few surprises for longtime The Vampire Diaries fans that might blow your mind.”
It didn’t take long for speculation to start on the side of viewers who would like the return of key characters in the universe like Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) or Klaus Mikaelson (Joseph Morgan) the father of Hope (Danielle Rose Russell ) according TVLine.
These theories seem to have caught the attention of actor Joseph Morgan who recently tweeted: “First off, I haven’t seen a Vampire Diaries Universe actor in years, not in person at least, I can promise you that.“Before I add, “All this speculation will drive you crazy. Don’t listen to those nonsense theories about hidden codes. Everyone knows that Klaus Mikaelson is dead.”
A message that would have the merit of being clear, only if the first letters of each line did not constitute the term: “final”.
Following the cryptic post, the actor shared a video that fans say is further proof of his return as Klaus. Indeed, they noticed that the first letters of his sentences created the word: “Legacies”. For them, Joseph Morgan’s wink at the end of the video confirms all their theories.
So fans of The Vampire Diaries, The Originals and Legacies will they have the joy of finding Klaus before the franchise stops? Answer on June 16 on the CW.
