Legends Pokémon Arceus: The new gift offered by Micromania does not please players

Surely you all know Micromania-Zing, this famous GameStop company specializing in the sale of video games. Pokémon Legends Arceus has been out for several months, and the brand has put together an offer deemed late by the community. This triggered, on Twitter in particular, a movement of disapproval.

Hisui’s Pokeball

Let’s first go back in time, to January more precisely. Players who pre-ordered the highly anticipated Pokémon Legends Arceus received a bonus a figurine of Arceus. Today, Micromania-Zing posted this announcement on Twitter:

This means that, from now on, all players buying the game on the Micromania-Zing website will have a Hisui cartridge holder Pokéball as a gift. only problem, the community very badly received this gift. Specifically, those who pre-ordered the game, unhappy that they didn’t get this order bonus sooner.

“The joke, I buy the day-one game without any purchase bonus, it’s nonsense @Micromania_Fr ???”

“We’re so pissed off but we mustn’t spit on @Micromania_Fr, it’s totally due to @NintendoFrance who give order bonuses much too late. Even if the figurine is a great pre-order bonus, everyone would have liked also have a Hisui Pokéball”.

Nintendo involved?

The Pokéball is exclusively available for new orders. As justification, Micromania-Zing argues that Nintendo has only just given the French company the possibility of deploying this gift, in very limited quantities. It would therefore seem that the brand does only with the deadlines given to it.

“This is a very special case, the bonus was offered to us by Nintendo a few days ago, in very limited quantities.”

Micromania-Zing

Micromania-Zing’s tweet was then deleted, for some unknown reason. However, the company left one of its tweets in the responses to justify the late implementation of Hisui’s Pokéballs, minus the mention of Nintendo.

On the one hand, the community therefore complains that they did not have this Pokéball as a pre-order bonus when the game was released, while on the other, Micromania-Zing claims that they have only just obtained the cartridge holder in very limited quantity. The debate is therefore closed and new buyers of Pokémon Legends Arceus will be very happy to receive this bonus gift!

If you want Hisui’s mythical Pokéball at all costs, greatly inspired by a Voltorb, you will have to order the game now on the Micromania website. If you already have Pokémon Legends Arceus, the cartridge holder is unfortunately not not available individually. However, it seems that some fans of the license have managed to obtain it, through Japanese sites in particular. Hope is not lost!

SELL has just unveiled the top 5 physical sales for the week of March 14 to 20. A top that sees Gran Turismo 7 stand up to the Nintendo Switch Mario Kart 8 Deluxe game and its DLC, not to mention the unbeatable Pokémon Legends Arceus which takes the lead.
