A large demonstration also took place this afternoon, when the presentation of the candidates of the National Rally for Haute-Garonne took place. A presentation where the effects of the agreement between the party led by Jordan Bardella and that of Eric Ciotti were visible since an LR candidate, supported by the party of Marine Le Pen, was present.
Gaëtan Inard will be candidate for the seventh constituency of Haute-Garonne. The Les Républicains candidate stood alongside his colleagues from the National Rally, even though his party’s line is not entirely clear. He decided to play the card of sacred union and infallible support for Éric Ciotti.

“There is only one president of the legitimate Republicans, it is President Éric Ciotti. I believe that all the declarations, sometimes outrageous, from national officials, sometimes local, disgust the activists of the Republicans. And President Éric Ciotti is the president who will have had the courage, in this political family, to make this historic agreement and who will be able, tomorrow, to give a patriotic, national majority, in the interest of the French”, explains Gaëtan Inard.
In total, 70 candidates will be supported by Éric Ciotti and the National Rally during these early legislative elections. The rest of the Republicans, who do not recognize this agreement with the party of Jordan Bardella, will present 200 to him throughout the territory. It is therefore not excluded to see another LR candidate facing Gaëtan Inard and his allies from the National Rally.
