Noted as one of the rising values of the national right during this presidential campaign, to the point that the RN wanted to recover it, Stanislas Rigault will not join Marine Le Pen’s party and will run well under the Reconquest label for the legislative elections. in the second constituency of Vaucluse.

In a bar in Carpentras, it is the formalization of his candidacy with local activists. Stanislas Rigault is 22 years old, 23 in a few days, he chairs “Generation Z”, and is a member of the Reconquest staff. Since Monday evening, he is also the first member of the executive office of the movement of Éric Zemmour to embark on the battle for the legislative elections. His choice fell on the second constituency of Vaucluse, but let no one talk to him about parachuting. This soldier’s son has no real ties, and claims it. However, he began his political career with a first commitment to Orange, an internship with the emblematic former mayor of the City of Princes, a former prominent member of the FN and now labeled “Southern League”.

Some see him as a presidential destiny

Between Cavaillon and L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Stanislas Rigault wants to “represent part of the youth in the National Assembly and carry the convictions of Éric Zemmour”. The young man is already planning, he wishes “to be part of a long-term approach with Reconquest”. This is what appeals to local activists who come to meet and support him. Two sexagenarians see in him “a future Zemmour”, and even assure that he will be “President of the Republic”.

Dredged by the RN which wanted to recover it in its nets for these legislative elections, Stanislas Rigault will finally face Bénédicte Auzanot, candidate of Marine Le Pen. But also to LR Elisabeth Amoros, to Sylvie Viala for the majority, and to François Sandoz for the union of the left (NUPES).
