Legislative: who are the candidates in the second round in your constituency



IThere are five, five deputies to have been elected in the first round of the legislative elections on Sunday June 12: Yannick Favennec (Together) in Mayenne and four elected Nupes in Paris and Seine-Saint-Denis, Sophia Chikirou, Sarah Legrain, Danièle Obono and Alexis Corbiere. For the other 572 constituencies, it’s back for a round this Sunday, June 19. The second round of legislative elections takes place only a week after the first, against two for the presidential election. A very short period of time left to candidates to campaign and submit their candidacies – they have until Tuesday, June 14 at 6 p.m.

After the first round, 1,153 candidates are able to stand. It was necessary to arrive in the first two or obtain a score representing more than 12.5% ​​of the registered voters. With record abstention, triangulars are becoming increasingly rare, but there will be eight in 2022, compared to just one in 2017. The presidential majority managed to qualify in more than 400 constituencies, followed by Nupes in nearly 380, then RN in more than 200 and finally the last LRs which resist in a few hundred territories.
