In order to allow players to discover the open world of Bricklandia, 2K Games has chosen to adopt the absurd tone of the films The LEGO Great Adventure. On the fictitious channel Mégascoop TV, two plastic hosts, Ambre Héyage and Jean Talliage (puns that no one would have denied in the editorial staff) present the virtues of the world of Bricklandia. Players will have to go through this open world in vehicles that they will have customized themselves, and indulge in races with Mario Kart sauce, missile launchers, color explosions and all-terrain vehicles included.
For 100 bricks you have nothing
The two trailers made available to the public show a very colorful open world, typical of what can be expected from a LEGO licensed software. Conversely very wise Forza Horizon or a Drive Unlimited Solar Crown review, LEGO 2K Drive will do the shovel part to the big anything. It will be possible to survey Bricklandia with wheeled vehicles, airboats and customized flying machines, while shattering all possible and imaginable constructions, in order to increase its stock of bricks. I’open world will be divided into several distinct biomes, responding to the sweet names of Turbo Acres (the Turbo Base), Big Butte (Les Grands Rocs), Prospecto Valley (the Gold panning Valley) and Huntsboroogh (La Préfec’trouille).
