Lena Gercke and Dustin Schöne got a sleep advisor to help them build a stable sleep rhythm with their daughter Zoe. The reason: for a while, their baby woke up every two hours at night and wanted to be breastfed – which is why the couple opted for support.

The model takes Zoe’s first birthday as an opportunity to talk about her experience with a sleep consultant. She also comments on the negative allegations on the subject, because these are largely “complete nonsense”, as Lena tells in the video.
