Lena Gercke, 35, and her partner Dustin Schöne, 38, traveled to Gran Canaria with their daughters Zoe, 3, and Lia, 1, to spend a wonderful vacation there. But the break on the Spanish island doesn’t go quite according to plan, as the model reveals in his Instagram story. There, Lena posts a photo of a coloring book that she is currently artistically filling with her little daughter. “If anyone is wondering why there aren’t any beach photos here, we’re sick again,” she writes.

Over the past few weeks and months, the mother of two has repeatedly complained that she, one of her children or all of them were not feeling well for various reasons. Apparently the family was unable to completely escape from this vortex of illness. A few hours later, however, at least Lena Gercke seems to be feeling a little better. She shares several pictures of herself in a black dress. “Palm trees and sun are everything I wanted,” writes the 35-year-old. We can only hope that she and her loved ones recover quickly so that the family of four can enjoy their vacation.
