It’s not often that Bärbel Schäfer, 58, reveals details about her family. In the podcast “Auf die Schnauze” the moderator and author was now in a chatting mood. Schäfer and her husband, the lawyer and publicist Michel Friedman, 65, have been married for 17 years and the couple has two sons: Samuel and Oscar. Also part of the family: dog Snoopy. And it fits in wonderfully, as the talk show expert reveals.
“We are a cuddly family,” she emphasizes and also raves about her partner. She loves being able to argue with him. “I find it more exciting to have a man with whom I can exchange ideas.” Bärbel Schäfer can also rely on her husband Michel at work. “I give him passages from my books to read, so his feedback is important to me.
