Lenovo has renewed its range of convertible PCs with the Lenovo Yoga 9i, Yoga 7i in 14 and 16 inches as well as Yoga 6.

That’s it, all of a sudden, Intel, AMD and Nvidia announced their new laptop chips at CES 2022. In the process, Lenovo presented its newcomers to the Yoga range, 2-in-1 PCs very focused on productivity and work. Among those who will benefit from these new processors, we can cite, from the most upscale to the most accessible, the Lenovo Yoga 9i, the Yoga 7i and the Yoga 6. All of them obviously come with Windows 11.
Lenovo Yoga 9i
Let’s start with the most attractive of models, which is also, as is often the case, the most expensive. The Yoga 9i is a 14 inch convertible PC. As a processor, you can count on configurations up to the 12th generation Intel Core i7-1260P. It has an integrated graphics processor, the Intel Iris Xe, which will prove useful for demanding tasks such as streaming, video editing to name just two examples.
This PC also responds favorably to the Intel Evo standard, which guarantees a premium experience in terms of responsiveness, 75 Whr battery life, etc.
But the real star of the Yoga 9i is undoubtedly its 16:10 4K Oled touchscreen. This meets the VESA DisplayHDR 500 standard which in theory allows it to display 100% of the DCI-P3 color spectrum. To stay in HDR, it is also Dolby Vision compatible. It offers a refresh rate of 60 Hz.

The sound part is provided by four Bower & Wilkins speakers and several modes (gaming, music, film, call) are available.
To finish this quick overview, let’s add the presence of a fingerprint reader, a Full HD webcam with infrared technology, Wi-Fi 6E. The Yoga 9i can be used with a Precision Pen 2.
The Yoga 9i will be available from Q2 2022 starting at $ 1,399. Two colors are available: gray and oatmeal.
Lenovo Yoga 7i
To put it quickly, the Yoga 7i is more or less a slightly less premium version of the Yoga 9i. But that’s not all. Already, there are two sizes: 14 and 16 inches.
The 14-inch model retains the screen, however with a slightly lower definition of 2.8K. In 16 inches, we go to a 2.5K LCD screen. Configuration level, you can also go up to the Intel Core i7-1260P. On the battery side, the Yoga 7i displays 71 Whr, where the 16-inch version goes up to 100 Whr.

The Yoga 7i starts at $ 899 in 16 inches and $ 949 in 14 inches. They will both be available from the second quarter of 2022. As colors, two shades of gray have been chosen: Storm Gray and Artic Gray.
Lenovo yoga 6
As for the Lenovo Yoga 6, its main selling point is above all that it is a PC made partly from recycled materials. More specifically, its coating is either made from recycled aluminum or 50% from recycled plastics. 30% of its power supply is also made from recycled plastics.
However, the Yoga 6 does not forget to be a completely classic 2-in-1 PC with an AMD Ryzen 5700U, a 13-inch Full HD 16:10 display, compatible with Dolby Vision and two speakers located the front compatible with Dolby Atmos.
Count 749 dollars to get your hands on it. It will be available in its Dark Teal colourway from the second quarter of 2022.
