Nevertheless, Lent will also begin in 2022. One or the other is sure to give up alcohol, cigarettes or sweets at the top. But few people are likely to have a make-up break. And now it’s just right.

Taking a break from blush, concealer and mascara does not automatically mean giving up dark circles, blackheads and a pale complexion. No, with a few tricks we can achieve a natural glow without any artificial support. That’s how it’s done!

Cleaning is the basis

The foundation is an extensive cleansing of the skin, which struggles with free radicals and toxins every day as soon as we leave the house. With peelings, the contaminated sites can be scrubbed off the skin in a simple and uncomplicated manner. Honey moisturizes the skin and provides important antioxidants. Combined with other ingredients, a mask is created that removes dead skin cells without drying out the skin. For a honey face mask, mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of oatmeal. Massage the peeling into the facial skin for two to three minutes and wash off thoroughly.

Oil-free moisturizing serum then smoothes fine lines and makes the skin supple. Anyone struggling with blackheads and milia can try castor oil: castor oil has an antibacterial effect and supports the skin’s healing process. In addition, it helps to bring the skin’s natural oil production under control, in other words: acne and milia are combated. To use, mix a teaspoon of castor oil and a teaspoon of olive oil and gently apply the mixture to cleansed face and massage in. It is best to apply the whole thing daily before going to bed and leave it on overnight.

Bright smile without lipstick

Even if we long for it: the sun is not good for our skin. We therefore recommend moisturizing care with integrated SPF. In this country, an SPF of 15 is perfectly sufficient for everyday use. In order to ensure a radiant smile even without bright lipstick, we come back to the peeling. Freshly exfoliated lips just need some natural lip balm.
