(CercleFinance.com) – Les Agences de Papa announces that during the general meeting of shareholders of the Company, which was held on Friday September 9 with a quorum of 71.74%, the shareholders of the Company adopted at a very large majority of ordinary and extraordinary resolutions approved by the Board of Directors.
The shareholders notably approved the annual and consolidated financial statements for the 2021 financial year; the allocation of the result of the annual financial statements for the 2021 financial year; the renewal of financial authorizations granted to the Board of Directors to carry out capital increases with cancellation of preferential subscription rights.
