(CercleFinance.com) – Les Agences de Papa: postponement of its transfer of listing
The company announces the postponement of its plan to transfer the listing of its shares to the Euronext Growth Paris market.
‘ The financing line for a maximum amount of €10 million by issuing share issue warrants announced in the Company’s press release of March 14, 2023, which was conditional on the transfer of the listing, remains in force but cannot therefore be implemented immediately, ‘indicates the company.
Management adds that it is working hard to finance its working capital needs and has already received marks of interest to the tune of 2 ME.
‘ In order to strengthen the equity capital of the Company, the founders MM. Frédéric Ibanez and Nicolas Fratini are now committed to capitalizing the current accounts of their holding companies GFI Partners and Papas Invest up to €7,000,000 during the upcoming financing operation’.
The Company has also launched a process to reduce its operating costs, in particular by implementing a plan to restructure its workforce.
Given these elements, the Company plans to publish its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 no later than May 31, 2023.
