This suspension of the listing of the security, which takes effect from this Monday, May 9 before market, is part of the pre-placement of the ICO (Initial Coin Offering) announced on April 19.
For the record, this ICO is intended to finance the creation by the company of its project for a new virtual real estate ecosystem based on WEB3 technologies, the first real estate ecosystem in the metaverse.
Accessible to all, this new ecosystem will make it possible to navigate and carry out the steps dedicated to the acquisition of a property in a different way, but also to take advantage of all the ancillary activities specific to the metaverse.
