Tuesday August 30, 2022, Laurent Ruquier was invited to the Touche set not at my post, on C8. Faced with Cyril Hanouna, the star of Big Heads, on RTL, hinted that a former member could make a comeback soon.
Monday August 28, 2022, Les Grosses Têtes made their comeback on RTL. For the occasion, Laurent Ruquier went the next day to the set of Do not touch My TVon C8. Whereas Cyril Hanouna lamented that Jean-Marie Bigard was ousted from the air in October 2021, the host replied: “He will come back, I hope!“ Laurent Ruquier developed his thought by declaring: “We talked. Sometimes, Jean-Marie Bigard is able to insult you on the phone. I don’t care, I know it by heart. He’s not a friend, but he’s a good comrade. He’s someone I really like. I think he’s crazy talented, but he’s gotten lost in some bullshit over the last few years.“
In complete transparency, Laurent Ruquier confided: “At one point, he still shamelessly insulted a policy last year, even though I’m not really Madame Buzyn (…) But we must remain polite, we must be able to exchange without insulting people … But Jean-Marie has exceeded the limits and limits!Finally, the host added: “I told him: ‘Calm down, you’ll be back at the Big Heads in a few months.’ But each time, a new case emerges. There, if he calms down in a few weeks, maybe at the end of September, he will make his grand return to Les Grosses Têtes! It’s Jean-Marie, we know him and it’s a shame because he has an extraordinary talent. He will be great when he returns to Big Heads, provided he no longer gets involved in politics.“

Last June, in the show At Jordan’sfor Télé-Loisirs, the comedian had lamented: “RTL, they must regret it a little because I still had the audience. I am a very big joke teller. I know that people, all over France, appreciated that I was in the Big Heads. I find that by removing the guys who have a little too many balls, which is my case, it will get out of hand a bit in the tea room.“To conclude, Jean-Marie Bigard had slipped:”Ruquier heard me yelling at ministers, like Agnès Buzyn. I called her a ‘big bitch.’ It was a little too much for him, so he found himself not wanting to be in the picture with me. He does not want to be a friend of Jean-Marie Bigard.“
