France 3 broadcasts this Tuesday evening “Les Pennacs”, a detective fiction carried by Christian Rauth and Julie-Anne Roth. Father and daughter in the city as on screen, they will have to join forces to solve a 10-year-old investigation.

Police television films are legion on France TV. If they are not always very original, some manage to stand out. This is the case of Les Pennacs, a 90-minute fiction that follows a father and his daughter, who have become strangers over the years, who will have to work together in order to solve an old investigation on which the first to investigate several years before.
With its twists and false leads, Les Pennacs, which certainly remains classic in its narration, manages to offer viewers a well-conducted investigation that avoids falling into clichés of the genre.

In short, Les Pennacs is a gripping fiction that does not suffer from dead time and whose main quality lies in the duo formed by Christian Rauth and Julie-Anne Roth. It remains to be seen whether France TV will offer other episodes to complete the series, the actor of Father and Mayor having indeed confided that this unit is a pilot for a potential future series.
