In addition to the regular edition of "Let's Dance", there will also be a kids version in 2021. These are the five mini celebrities.

Since February 26th, 14 celebrities have been fighting for the title "Dancing Star" for the 14th time in "Let's Dance". In a slightly smaller version, five children will compete in a "Kids" edition of the popular dance show on TVNow from April 9th. The young dancers are all either the children of stars or even small celebrities and compete in front of the usual "Let's Dance" jury around Joachim Llambi (56), Motsi Mabuse (39) and Jorge González (53) in the competition for the title as " Dancing asterisk 2021 "on.

These three girls rise to the challenge

One of the young candidates is eleven-year-old Angelina Stecher-Williams, daughter of "Höhle der Löwen" investor Judith Williams (49) and actor Alexander-Klaus Stecher (53). Angelina can pick up some tips from her mother – in 2018 Judith Williams danced at the side of Erich Klann (33) up to second place in "Let's Dance". "I look forward to meeting other children and learning to dance with them. I also want to know how it feels to be judged by the jury," said Angelina, even looking forward to the verdict from Chief Jury Llambi.

Jona Szewczenko (10), daughter of the former German figure skater and current actress Tanja Szewczenko (43), is also part of "Let's Dance – Kids" and can also rely on the advice of her famous mother. She also took second place in 2014, back then with professional dancer Willi Gabalier (39). "I love dancing and I'm looking forward to the shows, the great costumes and lots of fun. Of course I'm a little excited too," said Jona.

The nine-year-old Zoé Baillieu is a little star herself. The elementary school student is part of the "Gute Zeiten, Bad Zeiten" cast and embodies the character Kate Wiedmann in the series. "I'm looking forward to 'Let's Dance – Kids' because I've always wanted to learn to dance properly and I'm very excited and excited about our choreographies."

Two boys also dare to go on the dance floor

While some grown men like to hide in front of the dance floor, two boys show more courage from April onwards: Ten-year-old Spencer König, known from the youth series "Die Pfefferkörner", dares to face Joachim Llambi's stern eyes – because he "gains experience and because I would like to learn how to dance properly. "

Last but not least, Maris Ohneck wants to prove himself. The son of "Alarm für Cobra 11" star Erdogan Atalay (54) is just eight years old and the chick among the participants. Still, there seems to be no trace of nervousness, as his father reveals: "I'm really happy to see my son dance, I think I'm more excited than him!"

In the TVNow show, from April 9th, the five will whirl around the floor together with young professionals of the same age. They are coached by professionals from the conventional "Let's Dance" edition. Until then, the adult celebrity dancers will be in the spotlight. After the introductory show on February 26th, the first regular episode will follow on March 5th.
