Oana Nechiti urges Christina and Mike to take a stand

In the fourth episode of the popular RTL show “Let’s Dance”, Mike Singer, 22, and Christina Luft 32, received a lot of applause for their Viennese waltz. Motsi Mabuse, 40, and Jorge González, 54, were also quite satisfied and awarded six points each. Only one danced out of line: the third member of the jury, Joachim Llambi, 57. It’s no secret that the former German-Spanish tournament dancer has a tough evaluation style. But the three points he gave to Mike and Christina didn’t just generate boos from the audience. His sentence: “It looked like you were the undertaker from Cologne. I fell asleep there,” met with a lot of opposition.

Ex-“Let’s Dance” professional Oana Nechiti, 34, was also stunned and criticized Llambi’s judgment again. In an Instagram post promoting the new episode of her podcast, she wrote: “Yesterday I would have […] I wish Christina or Mike would take the microphone and say something about what happened, because the 3 points from yesterday were absurd [sic].”

Christina herself was “surprised” by the harsh verdict. In the Instagram live stream of “Let’s Dance”, the professional dancer explained: “I think it was the first time in five years that my face had slipped like that – I felt it myself because it hit me really hard. […] “I was looking forward to constructive criticism to work on afterwards, but sometimes it wasn’t so constructive that I could work with it. At some point it just hurt. From there it became difficult, there would be I’d be happy to go.”

“Let’s Dance”: Amira Pocher receives a swipe from Oana Nechiti

If that doesn’t make you nervous! Amira Pocher, 29, has to deal with harsh criticism shortly before the fourth “Let’s Dance” show. This comes from professional dancer Oana Nechiti, 34, of all people. In the podcast “Tanz oder nicht” with her partner Erich Klann, 34, she leaves no good hair on Amira Pocher’s performance. She is disappointed in her. “I’ve never experienced a season where I see such a strong dancer and so much potential on the introductory show – and it just doesn’t work out.” In the introductory show, Amira had secured a wildcard with her performance and could not be eliminated in the first live show.

But there is another reason why Oana Nechiti criticizes Amira Pocher: she is an “apparition”. Accordingly, a lot is expected of her. “If you look like a Ferrari, then you have to dance like a Ferrari,” she says. Can Amira Pocher convince with her next dance? With her partner Massimo Sinató, 41, Oliver Pocher’s wife, 44, will dare to do a jive.

Salsa, Rumba + Co.: These are the dances in Show 4

The countdown to the fourth “Let’s Dance” show is on! RTL has now announced which dances the celebrities will present this week. Sarah Mangione, 31, and Vadim Garbuzov, 34, dance a contemporary, Lilly zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg, 49, and Andrzej Cibis, 34, perform a quick step and Janin Ullmann, 40, and Zsolt Sándor Cseke, 34, leave one Samba rotate your hips. In addition, Timur Ülker, 32, returns after his corona infection and dances a tango with Malika Dzumaev, 31, as well as Caroline Bosbach, 32, and Valentin Lusin, 35.

Salsa is on the program for Mathias Mester, 35, and Renata Lusin, 34, as well as Riccardo Basile, 30, and Isabel Edvardsson, 39. Bastian Bielendorfer, 37, and Ekaterina Leonova, 34, travel back to the 1920s with a Charleston, while Mike Singer, 22, and Christina Luft, 32, put a Viennese waltz on the floor. Michelle, 50, and Christian Polanc, 43, as well as Amira Pocher, 29, and Massimo Sinató, 41, try a jive. Finally, René Casselly, 25, performs a rumba with his temporary dance partner Regina Luca, 33.

But that’s not all: on March 18, the show is themed “Girls vs. Boys”, which is why the celebrities have to show what they can do again. The women compete against the men in a battle. So the viewers can look forward to a lot.

Dance training ends for René Casselly with a bloody nose

The celebrities and professional dancers are already busy preparing for the fourth show of “Let’s Dance” on Friday evening, March 18, 2022. So does Kathrin Menzinger, 33, and René Casselly, 25, – however, the rehearsal for the two ends in a bloody accident.

“This is what it looks like when you train with Kathrin,” announces the circus artist and “Ninja Warrior” in an Instagram story while dabbing his bleeding nose with a paper towel. His dance partner, however, does not let that sit on her. “Don’t blame me, it wasn’t my fault,” Kathrin clarifies. But the 25-year-old takes it easy. “Yes, training is going well again,” was his ironic conclusion. How exactly the injury occurred during training will be seen by viewers on Friday evening on “Let’s Dance”.

Amira Pocher and Massimo Sinató only give 80 percent during training

Passion and closeness are part of dancing. Amira Pocher, 29, and Massimo Sinató, 41, also prove this every week on “Let’s Dance”. During dance training, however, the two prefer to keep their distance. “Of course we dance normally, but on the show we are really cheek to cheek, that doesn’t have to be during the rehearsal,” says Amira Pocher in the RTL interview. Her reason: “You sweat and you don’t have to be glued to your cheek at eight o’clock in the morning.”

“We call it ‘marking the choreography,'” explains Massimo. “Well, technically 100 percent, but emotionally maybe only 70-80. You don’t have to be glued to each other all the time. Everyone has their personal lives and everyone has their bodies, and if I was constantly rubbing my face against her face, then yes, that must be it Not be.” The professional dancer compares it to a couple of actors who “briefly test a role” and go full throttle during the recording. “We maybe only do 80 percent in training and then 100 percent on the show.”

Bastian Bielendorfer defends himself against a tough jury verdict

Bastian Bielendorfer, 37, doesn’t have it easy on “Let’s Dance”. He only got seven points for his Cha Cha Cha last Friday, March 11th. Joachim Llambi, 57, even spoke of “refusal to dance”. And since then, the comedian has also had to listen to harsh criticism on social media. Now he defends himself with serious words in his Instagram story.

His performance isn’t because he doesn’t take the show seriously. On the contrary: “I spend 50 hours trying to get these stupid dances done. I really do my best, even if you don’t see it,” says Bastian Bielendorfer in his story. That’s why he was very affected and frustrated by the jury’s verdict and the numerous comments. “This is really eating me up.”

The author also reveals the reason for his dancing deficit: “I have a few physical disadvantages that you don’t see at first glance. I have an almost 30 centimeter long scar on my back from my childhood. I can’t really feel my left leg good and can’t balance on it.” With this confession, he wants to encourage others: “It’s important to me that people who aren’t physically gifted see that you can still have fun and laugh at yourself.” “Dancing,” says Bastian Bielendorfer, “is not a question of ability, but of fun. And I’m having so much fun doing it.”

Cheyenne Ochsenknecht gets a surprising visit

Not only the fans of Cheyenne Ochsenknecht, 21, were very disappointed with their surprising “Let’s Dance” exit. The decision was also a heavy blow for her and dance partner Evgeny Vinokurov, 31. Since then, the two have hoped to return to the RTL dance show – mainly because of the numerous absences due to illness in the past week. Now the dancing couple was actually allowed to celebrate a small reunion – albeit away from the dance floor.

“I said I had visitors. And many of them guessed right,” she says, beaming with joy during a walk in nature, before snuggling up on the shoulder of her former dance partner. “We are finally reunited. Finally! Unfortunately not for training, but for a visit.” And the 31-year-old did not come alone to Cheyenne’s adopted home in Styria. His wife Nina and son Nio are also there. Together with Cheyenne’s daughter Mavie, the group enjoys the little break in the bright sunshine and certainly looks back on the events of the past few weeks.
