The new season "Let's Dance" has been running since Friday and the viewers seem to like it: At the start, five million people sat in front of the TV.
The new "Let's Dance" season is apparently very well received by the audience. At the beginning, the "Who dances with whom? The great introductory show" attracted 4.92 million viewers aged three and over in front of the TV screens. According to the broadcaster, this is even stronger than when it started last year. For RTL, this means the highest reach for a "Let's Dance" edition since 2016. Overall, the market share was a strong 16.6 percent.
All in all, that was enough for the day's victory in the target group of 14 to 49-year-olds with 1.68 million viewers. For comparison: ProSieben switched to "The Duel Around the World – Team Joko vs. Team Klaas" only 0.99 million people. The day's victory in the overall audience went to "Der Staatsanwalt" on ZDF with 7.10 million viewers.
