These celebrities are venturing onto the dance floor this year

Choreographer Detlef Soost, model Eva Padberg, actor Mark Keller and Co.: These are the candidates for “Let’s Dance” 2024.
It is not yet known when exactly the 17th season of “Let’s Dance” will start. But at least RTL has it now Names of the 14 celebrities who will fight for the title “Dancing Star 2024” have been announced.
Choreographer Detlef Soost as favorite
Detlef Soost (53) is likely to be one of the favorites in the race. The Berlin native was already active as a dancer and choreographer before he became known as a juror on the casting show “Popstars”. By taking part in “Let’s Dance”, a lifelong dream has come true for the fitness coach; he can check off part of his “bucket list”. “I always said that if I were to take part in a format again, it would be ‘Let’s Dance’,” RTL quoted the motivational speaker as saying.
The biggest names besides Detlef Soost are certainly model Eva Padberg (43) and the actor Mark Keller (58), known from “Alarm für Cobra 11” and “Der Bergdoktor”.
Monkey on bike and Zarrella brother
These stars also venture onto the dance floor: influencer Ann-Kathrin Bendixen (23), who just took part in the survival show “7 vs. Wild” under the pseudonym “Affe auf Bike”. Gabriel Kelly (22), singer and son of Angelo Kelly (42). Sports presenter Jana Wosnitza (29), best known for her NFL reporting. “Bibi & Tina” star Lina Larissa Strahl (25). “Ninja Warrior” participant Simon Brunner (26) and fitness influencer Sophia Thiel (28).
Completing the field are “Lion’s Den” investor Tillman Schulz (33), singer and Sarah Connor sister Lulu (31), comedian Maria Clara Groppler (24), comedian Tony Bauer (27) and Stefano Zarrella (33), food blogger and brother of TV star Giovanni Zarrella (45).
