Madam, Sir, Dear Shareholder,
The ordinary and extraordinary General Meeting convened for April 10 is of particular importance for Nicox. I am writing to you today in my capacity as the new CEO to provide you with recent information about the Company and request your participation in this meeting because your support is crucial to give new impetus to Nicox. It is an honor for me to have the confidence of the Board of Directors with this appointment as Managing Director. Many of you know me because I have been with the Company for almost 20 years.
In this capacity, I participated in the conclusion of numerous partnerships and financing operations. Our priority today is to focus on the potential of NCX 470 and the completion of our second pivotal Phase 3 study in glaucoma. I intend to work to strengthen the Company’s relations with its shareholders.
