From the convening date and until the fifth day inclusive before the meeting, any shareholder may ask the Company to send them the documents and information mentioned in Articles R. 225-81 and R. 225-83 of the Commercial Code, on simple request addressed to Uptevia – General Assembly Department – 90-110 Esplanade du Général de Gaulle – 92931 Paris La Défense Cedex. Bearer shareholders must prove this status by submitting an account registration certificate.
