The share price of the producer and supplier of green hydrogen was set at 8.45 euros, ie at the bottom of the range of 8.75 to 11.75 euros. This price implies a market capitalization of approximately 411 million euros. Trading in the shares (in the form of pledges) begins this morning. Settlement takes place tomorrow. The group carried out a capital increase of 110 million which could be increased to 124 million in the event of full exercise of the over-allotment option.
