(AOF) – A French consortium, made up of Lhyfe and TSE, will create a green energy hub by reindustrializing the Fonderies du Poitou site, with the support of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region. One year after the closure of the site, the Paris Commercial Court has just rendered its decision on the purchase of the land and real estate assets of the two Poitou Foundries sites: the Ingrandes Foundries site and the Technical Landfill Center in ‘Oyre.
“The joint project of Lhyfe and TSE for the Fonderies d’Ingrandes site is particularly ambitious. It consists first of all of dismantling the existing infrastructures and cleaning up the site to bring it into line with the industrialization process thanks to the Green Fund and then to build the foundations of a real ecological industrial park where companies will work in synergy”, explains Ghislain Robert, Commercial Director France of Lhyfe.
