Nantes (France) – March 2, 2023 – 6:00 p.m. – Lhyfe (Euronext Paris – FR0014009YQ1 – LHYFE), independent producer of green hydrogen to decarbonize industry and mobility, informs of the total number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital as of February 28, 2023, in accordance with article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Autorité des marchés financiers.

The number of exercisable voting rights is calculated on the basis of all the shares less those deprived of voting rights. As of February 28, 2023, 36,772 shares were treasury shares held by the company and therefore deprived of voting rights.
