(CercleFinance.com) – Lhyfe, an independent producer of green hydrogen to decarbonize industry and mobility, announces the great success of its IPO on the regulated Euronext market in Paris.
12,571,429 new ordinary shares will be issued. The total capital increase is €110.0 million under the offer (excluding the over-allotment option) and €47.8 million for the conversion of convertible bonds into shares on the day of settlement-delivery.
The share price is set at 8.75 E, ie a market capitalization of approximately 411 ME.
The start of share trading (in the form of promises) on May 23, 2022 and settlement-delivery is set for May 24, 2022 and the end of the stabilization period is June 17, 2022.
