Liam Gallagher: Oasis songs make it easier to wash your hands

In the times of Corona, washing hands is one of the basic rules: musician Liam Gallagher (47, "As You Were") wants to make it easier for his fans to go to the sink and has published several black and white videos on Instagram and Twitter. The singer sings famous songs by his former successful band Oasis while washing his hands – albeit in a re-translated form.

The song title "Wonderwall" quickly becomes the hygiene song "Wonderwash". Gallagher jokingly sings in the kitchen at home: "Wash your hands, scrub your toes, scratch your butt, and pop your nose." The hits "Supersonic" and "Champagne Supernova" are converted into two more videos for "Soapersonic" and "Champagne Soapernova". The singer with the bucket hat, sunglasses and long beard is hardly recognizable in the clips.

Oasis reunion planned?

The Corona crisis recently gave Gallagher another idea: "When that's all over, we have to bring Oasis back for a one-time charity concert. Come on, Noel, then we can go back to our great solo careers," he said the Oasis fans in a tweet Hope. So far, a reunion with his brother Noel Gallagher (52) was considered almost impossible.

The two have been in a clinch for many years. After the band was founded and many hits in the 90s, the two overtook each other, Oasis broke up after Noel Gallagher's exit in October 2009.
