The essential Monsieur Cuisine Smart from Silvercrest returns to Lidl stores on Monday June 6, 2022. The opportunity for those who wanted to equip themselves to rush to the store. The distributor’s star cooker will be sold for €429.
This is one of the two annual meetings organized by Lidl: yes, the return of Monsieur Cuisine Smart has been recorded in the distributor’s stores (the second will take place in December). As we told you, Lidl’s star robot-cooker will make its comeback on June 6 in stores at a price of €429. Surprisingly, it is 30 € more expensive than when the device was first released in December 2021. Only holders of the Lidl Plus loyalty card, accessible free of charge, will be able to benefit from a discount of this sum and obtain the food processor at 399 €.
Always unbeatable value for money
Since the launch in France of Monsieur Cuisine Connect in 2019, Lidl has established itself in this booming sector. Thanks to its formidable price positioning associated with a sophisticated technical sheet and good overall performance, this robot-cooker very quickly constituted an excellent quality/price ratio and aroused many emulators. Intermarché, Carrefour, Auchan and many large retailers presented their iteration of the multifunction food processor in turn, but none was able to achieve similar performance at the time. The gap widens further with the Monsieur Cuisine Smart which corrects the faults of its elder in small steps: the user interface has been reviewed and improved, the bowl has gained a central handle, while the scale display is shown more responsive. All is not perfect: the heating is slow and the assembly leaves a little to be desired in places.
However, and despite the response of some manufacturers (we think of Schneider with its PowerChef Connect), the Monsieur Cuisine Smart retains its status as the best value for money on the market to date.
