Lidl and Aldi are currently offering a Tekking e-bike from Fischer. Two supposedly good offers – but in reality only one is really good.

This was most recently the case with the Samsung Galaxy A04s. The discounters Aldi and Lidl are once again in a price war, this time over an e-bike from Fischer. Both retailers offer the Fischer Viator 1.0 trekking bike in their online shop at what appears to be a bargain price.
The Viator 1.0 offers 28-inch tires and is available with frame sizes of 50 centimeters for men and 44 centimeters for women. The built-in rear wheel motor from Bafang supports you with 45 Newton meters. This is a decent performance that is sufficient even in hilly regions.
Further equipment includes a 422 watt-hour battery, an 8-speed derailleur from Sunrace, hydraulic disc brakes and an SR Suntour suspension fork. There is also a suspension seat post and a lighting system.
Overall, the e-bike offers a good price-performance ratio because the equipment is really okay considering the price. The motor is powerful enough off very steep climbs and the battery capacity is solid. According to the manufacturer, a range of up to 120 kilometers is possible. This makes the e-bike suitable for longer distances without any problems.
Aldi or Lidl – who is ahead: the answer is clear! At Aldi you can get the e-bike for just 1,019 euros, while at Lidl itself the daily offer on August 18th costs 1,299 euros.

The Fischer e-trekking bike has a recommended retail price of 1,699 euros. You can currently get it cheapest at Aldi. For 1,019 euros you can get a good deal at the discounter.
