The wording of the leave of absence: “For the reason mentioned above, we feel compelled to release you from work with immediate effect, whereby we expressly reserve the right to revoke the leave of absence. From now on, you no longer have to show up for work. Please note that you are obliged to give us all items that are our property or the property of group companies, customers, clients and business partners, such as employee ID cards, mobile phones, locker keys, laptops, passwords, access authorizations, business documents, keys and the like to the attention of Lifebrain Human Resources and retain no originals or copies of any form or nature.
