Would you like a refreshing and light dish on a summer afternoon? With this delicious berry variant, this wish is quickly fulfilled, without the heat of the oven!

Fresh strawberries are on many people’s list for a delicious summer snack – whether pure, on a biscuit base or with ice – they are always a pleasure. But do you already know these fluffy strawberry tarts? The cool dessert is easy on the stomach and is ready in just a few steps.

Fixed mixed summer pleasure

Ingredients:

  • 450 grams of strawberries
  • 300 g whipped cream (this can be processed with vanilla sugar and whipped cream if necessary)
  • A pack of butter biscuits (200 g)
  • At your own discretion: A cinnamon-cocoa mixture as a sweet topping

Everything together in minutes:

  1. Cut the strawberries into small pieces or into thin slices.
  2. Now mix the whipped cream (if necessary with vanilla sugar and cream stabilizer) to a fluffy, firm mass.
  3. The next step is to start layering the dessert in an approximately 20cm x 20cm pan. First, start with a layer of cream before repeating the following pattern: butter biscuits, cream, strawberries. If you’re running out of ingredients, think about the end of the tart: for the topping, it’s best to finish with a layer of strawberries.
  4. If you like, you can sift a cinnamon-cocoa mixture over the strawberries before the mold has to rest in the fridge for about three hours.
  5. Remove the mold and carefully slice the layers into ready-to-serve pieces to enjoy the chilled treat.

Other combination highlights:

Not only strawberries taste great with this refreshing summer dish. Blueberries, raspberries or a berry mix also make for a wonderful tart variant. If you like, several other fruits can be combined, sometimes mixed into a must, sometimes left whole – or the biscuit layer varies. This also tastes very good with chopped biscuit pieces and can be easily served in glasses. However, you need a few more grams for this so that you don’t run out of the ingredient. Ladyfingers dipped in chilled coffee can also be a tasty change from the biscuits. Since they are already sweetened, the cream can remain completely without any additives in this case – or it can be mixed with a bit of instant coffee powder.
