Two-ingredient brownies – the recipe

You need four large eggs and almost a whole Jar of Nutella (about 350 grams).

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (convection 155 degrees, gas level 2).
  2. Line a square baking pan or baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir with the mixer for eight minutes until frothy.
  4. The Nutella in the microwave or melt in a double boiler until creamy. Stir at the same time.
  5. Mix the Nutella spoon by spoon into the eggs.
  6. Stir the dough again with a spatula, fill the mold and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Tips for the "2-ingredient brownies"

Let the brownies cool down well before eating or they will break. However, it is probably not that easy to control yourself for that long …

Chocolate overkill? Then you only take two eggs instead of four and stir half a cup of flour into the mixture. That should make the consistency a bit more cake-like – otherwise the brownies are more reminiscent of fudge.
