Like a Dragon Gaiden offers itself a detailed presentation

As Gamescom is fast approaching, Sega has just shared a 7 minute long video to tell us a little more about the history of Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name.

The Spin off marks the return of Kazuma Kiryu who, after faking his death at the end of Yakuza 6: The Song of Life, will have to resume service. It must be said that his enemies leave him little choice by taking the children of an orphanage hostage.

So here he is again, surveying the districts of Sotenbori in Osaka and Isezaki Ijincho in Yokohama to interfere in the affairs of the Tojo clan and the Omi alliance. And to defeat anyone who stands in his way, Kiryu will have two fighting styles. The Agent style will allow him to use many high-tech gadgets for the most part totally absurd. The Yakuza style on its side will be more brutal.

Like the other titles of the license, Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name will be full of side activities, some more uncomfortable than others. Like this cabaret whose hostesses will face us in live action. But it will always be possible to fall back on karaoke, combat arenas or one of the many mini-games available.

As a reminder, the title will be released on November 9 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series. As a bonus, all copies of the game will also contain a playable demo of Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
