Harry and Meghan have apparently already introduced daughter Lilibet Diana to their great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II via video call.

Prince Harry (36) and Duchess Meghan (39) recently became parents for the second time. Their daughter Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor was born on June 4 at 11:40 am at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, California. Shortly after returning to their home, the two are said to have introduced their daughter to the most important royal family member: Queen Elizabeth II (95) is said to have met her great-granddaughter via video call, like an insider the US magazine “People” revealed. “Harry and Meghan were very excited and couldn’t wait to announce that their daughter was born.”

Lilibet Diana is named after the Queen. The British monarch was called Lilibet by her late husband, Prince Philip (1921-2021). The girl’s middle name honors Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana (1961-1997). The parents announced that their daughter “Lili” would be called with the birth announcement.

Lilibet is the second child for Harry and Meghan, who have been married since 2018. Their son Archie (2) was born in May 2019. The couple moved to North America in 2020 and, after spending time in Canada and Los Angeles, now live in Montecito, California. When the Queen will be able to see little Lili in person for the first time is currently open. In February 2021, Prince Harry revealed in an interview with James Corden (42) that the Queen would already use Zoom to see Archie “walking around” in California.
