Lily Allen revealed her new, old look with a selfie. The singer, who recently wore red hair, is now dark again.
Singer and actress Lily Allen, 38, has tried out many hairstyles and hair colors. Red, blonde, blue – the Brit likes to experiment on her head. Now she seems to be returning to dark hair. Previously, she had been using a copper tone for a few months.
On Saturday, Lily Allen posted an airport selfie from New York. While the mother of two looks openly into the camera, her followers primarily focus on Allen’s hair. Because they are now dark again. A hair color that the 38-year-old has returned to again and again over the years.
Remembering a song from 2008
Allen, who wore a matching black top and tailored coat, captioned the picture: “On the way home for mom’s birthday. We won’t be ordering from the Chinese, my sisters are cooking and we won’t be watching TV because she’s up Facebook will be.” She was referring to her 2008 hit “Chinese,” which contained the repeating lyric “And we’ll get a Chinese and watch TV.”
The singer has been in New York in recent weeks, where she apparently also enjoyed doing sports. After a six-week absence from social media, Allen gave insights into her everyday life in the metropolis at the start of Fashion Week last week. This also included her fitness program at a gym in Brooklyn. She shared a series of photos from her personal training session on Instagram and announced that she was “back on track.” It was evident, for example, in lunges with weights, planks and squats.

The “Apples” singer recently made headlines in the fall with rumors of a marital crisis. She has been married to actor David Harbour, 48, since 2020. At a press evening for “Stranger Things: The First Shadow,” the two denied any marital problems with a harmonious couple appearance. They then went on vacation to India.
