(CercleFinance.com) – Linde announced Wednesday its intention to increase the capacity of its production unit in La Porte (Texas) in order to support the growing demand of its customers in the Gulf of Mexico.
The industrial gases manufacturer specifies that the increased capacity of the site, planned for 2024, should enable it to meet the growing needs of sectors such as petrochemicals, green energy, manufacturing industry, food or aeronautics in the region.
The project also plans to increase the site’s oxygen and nitrogen supplies from a pipeline that will now extend to the coastal city of Freeport (Texas).
