Lindsey Vonn congratulates her grandmother on her 90th birthday
90 years – a proud age that Lindsey Vonns, 36, grandma has reached. The professional skier congratulates her “grandma” with some sweet shots, but the text she writes about it is sad. Because the grandmother seems to be suffering from Alzheimer’s. Lindsey writes: “You don’t remember me, Grandma, but I love you so much.”
In the first photo, a selfie, the two women beam into the camera; at first glance they look like a harmonious grandma-grandchildren. But the 90-year-old shouldn’t know who she’s posing for the camera with. The other pictures show the sportswoman’s entire family as well as a photo that shows her in the car with her “Grandma”. The two seem to have a good relationship, all the more sad that the birthday child does not remember it because of his illness.
