Linedata acquires DreamQuark and strengthens its position as an AI solutions provider

(Boursier.com) — Linedata announces the acquisition of DreamQuark, a French startup recognized in the development of artificial intelligence (AI) platforms and services dedicated to financial services. Already present in the artificial intelligence market for large banks to improve their operational efficiency, Linedata is, through this acquisition, expanding its presence in the key sectors of asset management, savings and insurance thanks to to DreamQuark’s expertise and its lasting collaborations with renowned players such as Royal Bank of Scotland and Gambit Financial. These synergies create a unique footprint in the industry, serving to improve front and back office operations management capabilities. The financial terms of the operation have not been disclosed.
