(CercleFinance.com) – Anvalary Jiva declared to the AMF that it had crossed upwards, through the intermediary of the SAS Amanaat which it controls, the threshold of two thirds of the capital of Linedata Services and held, as of December 29, directly and indirectly, 74.95% of the capital and 82.63% of the voting rights.
These threshold crossings result from the cancellation of 1.1 million Linedata shares as part of the public buyback offer for its own shares, decided by the Board of Directors on December 29.
