The eventful life of Lisa Marie Presley

Lisa Marie Presley was born on February 1, 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee and grew up briefly in the area before moving to Los Angeles, California with her mother at the age of four after her parents divorced in 1973. Elvis died in August 1977 when Lisa Marie was nine years old. After the death of her grandparents in 1979 and 1980, she became the sole heir.

In October 1988, Lisa Marie Presley married Danny Keough (58), a Chicago musician, with whom they had two children: daughter Riley (33) and son Benjamin (1992-2010). The latter took his own life on his 28th birthday. The couple divorced in May 1994. Less than a month later she married singer Michael Jackson (1958-2009). Two years later, Lisa Marie Presley and Jackson ended their relationship. In 2000, Lisa Marie became engaged to Hawaiian-born musician John Oszajca (48). However, the relationship ended when she met actor Nicolas Cage (59) at a birthday party in 2000.

Two years later, Presley and Cage were married in a secret ceremony in Hawaii on the 25th anniversary of Elvis’ death. However, less than four months after their wedding, the two announced their split. She married her fourth in 2006 to Michael Lockwood (61), with whom she had twin daughters Harper and Finley (both 14) two years later. In June 2016, Lisa Marie then filed for divorce. A custody battle over their children ensued.

As an artist, Lisa Marie Presley has released three albums: 2003’s To Whom It May Concern, 2005’s So What, and 2012’s Storm & Grace.
