Two years after a court verdict on assault charges, Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested again on domestic violence charges.

Zachery Ty Bryan (41) was arrested again for domestic violence. The “Listen who’s hammering” star is sitting according to the online portal “TMZ” in a prison in Eugene, Oregon. He is charged with aggravated assault and violating an Abuse Prevention Act. This means he allegedly assaulted a person who previously obtained a restraining order.

According to TMZ, police in Eugene received a call on Friday (July 28) reporting a domestic altercation between a man and a woman. When police arrived, Zachery Ty Bryan was not at the scene. She later arrested the actor. It is not known who the alleged victim is.

Arrested for assault three years ago

Three years ago, Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested for similar offenses. In October 2020, the actor allegedly attacked his then-girlfriend. He was charged with fourth-degree assault and allegedly choking his girlfriend. He is said to have taken her phone away to prevent her from calling for help.

In court in 2021, Bryan pleaded guilty to two counts: threats and assault. Six other charges were dropped. Zachery Ty Bryan was sentenced to three years probation.
