If the name of Frédérick Raynal is closely linked to Alone in the Darkpioneer of survival horrorthe French designer is also behind Little Big Adventure, an adventure game released in 1994 and which was entitled to an improved port for modern PCs, iOS and Android 10 years ago.
Today, Microids And Studio [2.21]which holds the rights to the license, announces Little Big Adventure: Twinsen’s Quest, a remake of the 1994 game. The title will offer a new artistic direction, a gameplay modernized and even new music composed by Philippe Vachey, already at the origin of the game’s soundtrack from the 90s. The scenario will not change, the game will take us to the planet Twinsun to experience adventures with Magic Ball. The studios take stock of this remake:
The story takes place on a planetoid surrounded by two suns and on which four species lived in perfect harmony… Until the day when Dr. Funfrock, a brilliant scientist, invented cloning and teleportation, gradually plunging the inhabitants under his total control. As Twinsen, you are a model citizen who overnight becomes a fugitive hunted by Dr. Funfrock’s henchmen. As you travel from island to island, you will have to tirelessly search for rebels who form a secret network with the aim of putting an end to the clones’ occupation.
