All good things come to an end, but some come faster than others. At the beginning of the year, Sony closed the LittleBigPlanet 3 servers on PlayStation 4, a temporary measure to resolve technical issues. The players were impatiently awaiting their return, but bad news has just fallen.
Sony comes fromannounce that LittleBigPlanet 3 PS4 servers will not be restartedpreventing fans from enjoying the title’s online content Sumo Digital, which was its strength. If you still have content installed on your console, you can continue to enjoy it, but it is now impossible to download content created by other players. The other offline features are obviously still accessiblebut it was good to remember, this is not always the case.
As a reminder, LittleBigPlanet 3 was also released on PlayStation 3, but these servers have already been cut, the fault of pirates. The franchise still exists, Sumo Digital has exited Sackboy: A Big Adventure at the launch of the PS5, which you can find from €29.99 on Amazon, Cdiscount, Fnac And Gamesplanet.
