Liv Tyler was also infected with the corona virus. She explains that after two weeks she is reunited with her loved ones.

The American series and film star Liv Tyler (43, "The Incredible Hulk") had Covid-19. She has now explained that herself on Instagram. The 43-year-old was surprisingly frank about a picture that she shows with a protective mask and her daughters Sailor Gene (born 2015) and Lula Rose (born 2016), which she has with her partner David Gardner.

Tyler speaks of "two wild weeks" in her accompanying comment. Usually she does not share "such things" with the public, but she feels that in this case she has to tell her story. Among other things, she wanted to encourage and show that "we don't have to go through this alone". At the turn of the year she tested positive for Covid-19, writes the daughter of Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler (72).

A "terrifying" experience

The actress did everything to protect her "wolf pack" and managed to do it in 2020, but suddenly she got it too. Fortunately, the rest of her family was not infected, she explains. The contagion brought not only fear, but also feelings of shame and guilt. She asked herself, "Who could you have got it from and who could you have infected?" It was "terrifying".

Although the course was relatively mild for her, the 43-year-old was confined to bed for around ten days. The illness does not only have a physical side, there are also "emotional and psychological aspects". Spending these days in a room isolated from her family was "crazy". She only saw her children through the window, at least she could watch them play. Her daughters also sent her "little messages and drawings" which she slipped under the door.

Tyler, who also has son Milo (16), who comes from her relationship with her ex-husband Royston Langdon (48), is grateful to have survived the illness. She thanked everyone "who work tirelessly to protect and care for others". Send her love and hugs to everyone.
