USE OF A MANDATORY MASK IN THE VAR
In a press release published this Thursday, the prefect of Var announces that the obligation to wear a mask outdoors is extended until January 21 in all of the 153 municipalities of the Var, as well as in all establishments open to the public, including including those subject to the health pass. This measure concerns all people aged 11 and over.
Children over 6 years old must wear it on public transport, establishments open to the public (cinemas, libraries, museums, shops, restaurants, etc.) as well as in sports grounds and places of worship.
“The obligation to wear a mask does not apply in natural spaces, beaches and forests as well as to people with disabilities and those practicing a sporting activity, as well as to users of two-wheelers”, specifies the press release.
