LLAMA GROUP SA announces that it has terminated the liquidity contract entered into on February 1, 2023 with TP ICAP (EUROPE) SA.
The termination took effect on August 31, 2023 after the close of European markets.
It is recalled that when the liquidity contract was initially set up, the following resources were made available:
• 60,483 shares
• €21,939.53
At the last half-yearly review of the liquidity contract, as of June 30, 2023, the following means appeared in the liquidity contract:
• 54,856 shares
• €19,409.06
At the closing of the liquidity account on August 31, 2023, the following resources were available and will be returned to the Company:
• 47,008 shares, which will be sold in the market during the next sessions
• €26,984
