(AOF) – LNA santé announces 2023 operating turnover of 720 million euros, organic growth of 5.9% “driven by the dynamics of the fourth quarter”. The latter stands at 186.1 million, an increase of 5.8% over one year. The dependency specialist forecasts continued organic growth at a level above 4.5%, for an operating turnover of more than 750 million euros excluding external growth.
With annual real estate turnover down 65.8% to 16.3 million euros, total turnover stood at 736.1 million, up 1.1%.
LNA santé cites the completion of construction sites for a specialized SMR clinic in Meaux and an Elégance nursing home in Pessac, as well as the transfer of lots under the furnished rental regime which concern the extension of a nursing home clinic. SMR in Romainville and an Elégance nursing home in Les Sables d’Olonne”. The group announces that the activity will benefit in 2024 “from the marketing dynamic of new and renovation programs in the launch phase”.
“In an inflationary environment which in fact maintains relative tension on operating margins”, operating profit should “progress in volume” predicts the group. “In continuation of controlled debt management, operating leverage should remain, excluding potential acquisition transactions, below the multiple of x 2.0.”
