Many people work on their laptops, but we know that spending hours in front of such a low screen is far from ideal for the health of our necks and our backs. It is therefore recommended to raise your PC using a support and many manufacturers offer them, sometimes at unbeatable prices.

This is not a book

To complete its range of office peripherals, Logitech now wants to offer its own laptop stand, but the company has played the card of originality to stand out. His Casa Pop-Up Desk is not just a stand, but a set that also includes a wireless keyboard and a trackpad for navigating the computer. This stand therefore also serves as a storage or transport box, and the brand has decided to give it a large book design so that it fits perfectly into a workspace, whether on a desk or a shelf. Inside there is a small additional space to add a charger or other accessories if necessary. The pack will be available in several colors: white/grey, white/pink and black/green.

You can store keyboard, trackpad and accessories.

An interesting product, but not cheap!

Practical, well thought out and really design, this pack however raises some questions. It’s first and foremost restricted to islanders in the UK, Australia and New Zealand at the moment, and Logitech’s asking price is a hefty £179, or just over €200. If the keyboard is at the level of an MX Keys Mini, that might be justified, but the Casa Keys doesn’t seem to offer as many features. It must also be said that PC media can be found for barely a few tens of euros on the Internet. In addition, it will not be a priori possible to buy the stand alone, and those who already have a keyboard and a mouse will probably not be interested in a complete set. Logitech is therefore certainly targeting people who are not yet equipped and companies who wish to make equipment available to their employees for teleworking.

The Casa Pop-Up Desk benefits from a nice integration.

It therefore remains to be seen whether the Casa Pop-Up Desk will cross the sea to equip our offices, and at what price.
